Torque transmission

Transmission consists of coupling, the transmission, the driveshaft, the main transfer and shaft of the drive of back wheels. For transfer on driving wheels of the torque made by the engine all components of transmission have to work well-coordinated as much as possible. For this purpose they are connected with each other by system of hinges, shaft and gear wheels.
The engine develops sufficient power only in the narrow range of frequencies of rotation of a bent shaft. In order that your Mercedes, nevertheless, developed sufficient traction effort during the overtaking and the movement on rise, the transmission with various transfer numbers is provided.
