7.6.1. Purpose of differential

Rectilinear movement.
Both back wheels have the frequency of turns, equal with a differential gear wheel. Gear wheels of the conic tooth gearing of differential rotate evenly.
The movement in turns.
The wheel passing external radius passes a bigger way, than internal. Various frequency of turns of wheels is leveled, otherwise one of them constantly would revolve in turns.
It is provided by conic transfer: more bystry rotation of an external conic gear wheel is transmitted through intermediate gear wheels on an external gear wheel, and it rotates more slowly.
