SEQUENCE OF WORKS

1. In front install the car on supports and remove the corresponding wheel.

2. Weaken the self-stopped nut of fastening of a finger of the spherical hinge.

3. By means of a stripper squeeze out a finger of the spherical hinge of the rotary lever (fig. 7.16), then remove a nut.

4. Mark the provision of a tip on steering draft (or count speed at a tip otvorachivaniye) that at the return installation to wrap a tip on former distance, otherwise installation of wheels will be broken. Clear a carving of dirt, using liquid against corrosion. Release a kontrovochny nut of fastening of a tip of steering draft a key of SW21 and keeping draft for vents a key of SW13 (fig. 7.17) turn off it from steering draft.

5. Before the return installation clear a cone of a tip and an opening of steering draft.

6. Implant a finger of the spherical hinge of steering draft into the rotary lever and tighten new самоконтрящейся a nut the moment of 60 N · m, tighten a lock-nut of fastening of a tip to steering draft the same moment.

7. Check installation of wheels and steering. If necessary adjust at the station.
